Data Evaluation Made Easier Through High Print Resolution
GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH, the miniature printer specialist in Germering near Munich, is introducing the latest 4" printer module for use especially in medical applications. The printer features a resolution of 12 dots per mm (300 dpi), which is very high for thermal printing. Printouts with a high information density, such as measured data presented in graphs, are greatly improved compared to the ones produces in the usual 203 dpi. Small details in the graphs can be more easily registered by the eye. A significant advantage for the use of this printer in medical devices is the simple exchanging of paper rolls due to the Easyloading Technology. The printer lid is opened, the new paper roll is inserted without threading, the lid is snapped shut - and printing can be continued.
Cost-Effective Integration Through Adapted Standard Housing Color
In medical applications, light gray is typically the color of all devices and instruments for sanitary reasons. Therefore, GeBE is offering their latest 4" printer Mulde MAXI in a light gray as the standard color, so in most cases, the printer can be integrated in medical devices with no additional customization or associated expenses. If required, however, GeBE also manufactures printers in custom housing colors, even for small quantities.
