THREE new cleaner types for optimal tank cleaning!
The new Tornado 4 is an orbital cleaner that extends the existing range of GEA Breconcherry orbital cleaners for optimal cleaning. As with Typhoon, Tempest and two nozzle Tornado, four nozzle Tornado 4 is liquid driven and works at pressures between 4 and up to 10 bar. With five different nozzle diameters flow rates between 14.2 and up to 47.4 m³/h can be achieved. The Tornado 4 can be used for mobile or stationary applications where diameters up to 33 m can easily be cleaned. The round jet nozzles rotate in two planes and produce focused high impact jets generating a highly efficient 3D wash pattern.
NEW: hygienic rotating cleaner Torrent with low pressure and high flow rates!
Torrent is a newly designed rotating cleaner which operates in a similar way to the GEA Breconcherry liquid driven orbital cleaner range. It is designed to work at low pressure between 1.5 and 3 bar with flow rates of 20.4 - 29.6 m³/h.
The standard spray pattern is 270° upwards which can be customized to application requirements. The powerful, slowly rotating fan spray jets achieve optimum cleaning results up to cleaning diameters of up to 10.6 m. The high flow rates enable the unit to heat up and cool down vessels quickly.
NEW: Twister, the small orbital cleaner for 100mm holes
Twister is an orbital cleaner that extends the existing range of GEA Breconcherry orbital cleaners for optimal cleaning. As with Typhoon, Tempest and Tornado the Twister is liquid driven and works at pressures between 4 and up to 10 bar. Twister has a very compact design and can be fitted through 100mm/4 inch hole. This is our smallest available orbital cleaner.
