Aseptic product treatment by GEA TDS - the key success factor for strong brands
The decisive factors in the selection of the appropriate UHT (Ultra High Temperature) process for thermal product treatment are product quality, production safety and efficiency.
GEA TDS today markets three different types of UHT plants - with a capacity range from 50 to 40,000 l/h for the treatment of low and medium viscosity products, but also allowing thermal and aseptic treatment of products with portions of fibres and particles.
When integrated in "Smoothie" lines, for example, these systems can easily handle 100 % juice containing fibers of up to 30 mm and fruit pieces up to 6 mm.
Optional electronic control processes can be used to minimize errors in open recipe systems.
