GEA hat die im November 2017 vertraglich vereinbarte Übernahme von Vipoll mit Sitz in Križevci pri Ljutomeru, Slowenien, vollzogen. Mit Vipoll hat der Konzern einen Anbieter von Abfülltechnologien für Softgetränke, Bier und Milchprodukte in Glasflaschen und Getränkedosen sowie PET-Flaschen erworben.
