Die Firmen Alpha Plan GmbH und Saxonia Biotec GmbH gehören mit sofortiger Wirkung der ZENON-Firmengruppe an.

Alpha Plan ist führend auf dem Gebiet des Engineering und der Lieferung von Anlagen der Membranherstellung und bisher spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Lieferung von Ausrüstung für Membranen zur Dialyse-Anwendung. Saxonia BioTec, eine Schwesterfirma von Alpha Plan, konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von Membransystemen für biotechnologische Anwendungen. Beide Unternehmen sind in Radeberg in der Nähe von Dresden ansässig.

Beide Unternehmen werden zur weiteren Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse bei ZENON beitragen und somit das Unternehmensziel einer kosteneffizienten Produktion auf einem hartumkämpften Markt stärken.
