Das neue Gasmarktgebiet GASPOOL ist erfolgreich mit dem neuen Gaswirtschaftsjahr am heutigen 1. Oktober 2009 gestartet. "Mit dem Zusammenschluss der drei Marktgebiete H-Gas-Norddeutschland, ONTRAS und WINGAS TRANSPORT zu einem einzigen Handelsraum geben die beteiligten Unternehmen einen wichtigen Impuls für den Wettbewerb auf dem deutschen Erdgasmarkt", erklärt GASPOOL-Geschäftsführerin Ingrid Peters. Das neue Marktgebiet umfasst knapp 300 nachgelagerte Erdgastransportnetze und ist eine Initiative der fünf Transportunternehmen DONG Energy Pipelines GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH, ONTRAS - VNG Gastransport GmbH, WINGAS TRANSPORT GmbH & Co. KG sowie der StatoilHydro Deutschland GmbH.
