Heidelberger Cement optimiert seine Geschäftsprozesse

Heidelberger Cement setzt seit Anfang des Jahres auf das Eingangrechnungsverarbeitungssystem JustScan von Future Software GmbH. Hiermit werden heute die eingehenden Rechnungen und Gutschrift vom Papier automatisch erfasst, die Inhalte nebst der Positionsdaten ausgewertet und die Ergebnisse direkt an SAP R/3 überstellt. Im Hintergrund arbeiten Prozesse, die die gewonnenen Daten mittels Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Datenbankabgleiche schon im Vorwege prüfen. Durch die Verarbeitung von Farb-Images werden einzigartige OCR-Leseergebnisse erzeugt. Future Software ist derzeit der einzige Anbieter, der hierfür über digitale Farbfilter-Technologien verfügt und unter Produktionsbedingungen nutzt.
