FRITSCH exhibits at INTERPACK for the tenth time

Filling as a magnet to attract the public

Markt Einersheim, (PresseBox) - "What are you using as the filling?" was without doubt the question most frequently asked on the FRITSCH stand at this year's INTERPACK in Düsseldorf. The new universal filling machine demonstrated in front of the visitors that in spite of its extremely compact design it was quite capable of using its modern servo technology to fill each of several rows with a different filling. And to ensure that perfect hygiene was maintained, the Markt Einersheim-based bakery equipment manufacturer used a lurid yellow artificial filling for the demonstration which attracted the public like a magnet.

But as well as being pleased with the lively interest stimulated by its demonstration, FRITSCH also had good reason to be pleased with the high-calibre trade visitors from across the world with concrete investment plans who came onto the stand. INTERPACK well and truly lived up to its name of being an international trade fair for industrial customers - groups of visitors from the Middle East, South America, Asia and Eastern Europe were very much in evidence. The Düsseldorf exhibition also saw the sale of a complete FRITSCH IMPRESSA speciality bread line to the UK and investors from the Middle East brought a whole series of follow-up orders in their brief-cases. The machines that generated the most enquiries in Düsseldorf were the FRITSCH Laminator, the classic FRITSCH ROLLFIX dough sheeting machine and the highly specialised FRITSCH CSTR and CTR machines for the manufacture of filled and unfilled coiled products.

Reason enough for the FRITSCH sales team to record their tenth INTERPACK as a great success. But on one point they were remaining tight-lipped right up to the end of the exhibition - the composition of the filling remains a secret to this day.
