Small helper for daily work

Kastl/Utzenhofen, (PresseBox) - FRITSCH, the German manufacturer for highly flexible manufacturing equipment for the electronics industry is now offering a portable feeder rack that can be used for all placeALL® Pick&Place machines.

The feeder rack has 25 slots. It can simply be positioned at the workplace or used to transport prepared feeders from the set-up station to the machine. The feeder rack enables a stable and vertical storage of feeders which are currently not at the machine. Due to the angled construction, prepared rolls can be fed in and stored safely. The portable feeder rack is stable enough to stand firmly on its own.

A feeder cabinet with a capacity of up to 75 feeders could also be added as an ideal supplement. Smooth-running wheels with a locking brake enable the easy transport from the component storage area to the machine even of larger numbers of feeders.

FRITSCH has always been renowned for their manual, semi-automatic and automatic SMT equipment. With their placeALL® series, FRITSCH makes flexible and highly precise equipment available for the automated manufacturing of SMDs.
