New, highly flexible automatic placement machine

Kastl/Utzenhofen, (PresseBox) - FRITSCH presents its latest automatic placement machine placeALL® 610 Numerous innovations were implemented on the latest of the highly flexible automatic placement machines of the FRITSCH company.

Almost unlimited flexibility:

The PA610 has an improved clamping system for printed circuit boards. As with the PA510, the fixture of the printed circuit board can be carried out completely without tools and furthermore offers the greatest possible flexibility. In addition, the clamping system for the printed circuit boards of the PA610 can be flexibly equipped with up to 4 stop angles, which significantly simplifies the placement of the printed circuit boards in the case of large series. A vacuum table can be retrofitted at any time - a change between the printed circuit boards and the placement of foils can be done within seconds without the use of tools.

Improved placement head:

With the PA610, diverse details of the placement head were reimproved. The most striking improvement concerns the R-axis. At this point, a high-resolution direct encoder is now used to decouple the placement head from influences caused by the drive.

This set-up allows to increase the accuracy of rotation once again.

Anti-contortion placement tools:

The new PA610 is serially equipped with placement tools with anti-contortion protection.

By using these placement tools, it is possible to dynamically equalize the concentricity during the placement.

In doing so, the accuracy of placement can be measurably increased. FRITSCH has always been known for its manual, semiautomatic and automatic SMT equipment. With its placeALL® series, FRITSCH provides flexible and high-precision equipment for the automatic production of SMDs.
