English Theatre Berlin nimmt Stück "Photograph 51" vom 6. bis 13. November wieder ins Programm / Kooperation mit Institut für Biologie der Freien Universität Berlin

Im Rahmen des Kooperationsprojekts "Science & Theatre" zwischen dem English Theatre Berlin und dem Institut für Biologie der Freien Universität wird vom 6. bis 13. November die erfolgreiche Produktion "Photograph 51" wieder ins Programm genommen. In dem Stück der amerikanischen Autorin Anna Ziegler geht es um die Entdeckung der DNA-Doppelhelix - die Trägerin des Erbgutes bei Lebewesen - und um die menschlichen Abgründe hinter diesem Meilenstein der Wissenschaft des 20. Jahrhunderts.

Das Gemeinschaftsprojekt zwischen Universität und Theater läuft seit dem Jahr 2010. Eine Gruppe von Doktoranden der Biologie unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Regine Hengge erarbeitet dabei den mvegiccwmulntyd Xzzmlhcixdu.
