Wie stark sind Deutschland und andere Industriestaaten von organisierter Kriminalität unterwandert? Welche Rolle spielen Geldwäsche, Drogenhandel und Terrorismus? Mit diesen und anderen Fragen befasst sich der renommierte österreichische Volkswirt Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Friedrich Schneider von der Johannes-Kepler-Universität Linz in einem Vortrag am 7. Mai 2008 an der Freien Universität Berlin. Der Titel lautet "Illegale Finanztransaktionen: Organisierte Kriminalität, Geldwäsche, Drogenhandel und Terrorismus". Die Veranstaltung im Rahmen der Vortragsreihe Research Seminar in Economics ist öffentlich, der Eintritt frei.
