Freescale spotlights advances in embedded connectivity and intelligence at Embedded World
More than 20 hands-on demos of consumer, industrial, wireless, networking and automotive innovations on display at Freescale booth

- Ultra-low-power ARM-based solutions running Windows® CE 6.0 and Linux® OS
- ZigBee and 802.15.4-compliant wireless connectivity solutions
- MEMS-based accelerometers, pressure sensors and smart sensors
- Portable, general-purpose analog power management solutions
- CodeWarrior® software development tools featured on 8-bit to 32-bit solutions for consumer, industrial and advanced networking applications
- AUTOSAR software for automotive body and chassis systems
- Multicore software development using StarCore® DSPs
- IEEE® 1588 clock synchronization on PowerQUICC and ColdFire platforms running IXXAT software stacks
A centerpiece of Freescale s booth will be a concept car that demonstrates the latest innovations in body electronics, safety systems, powertrain management, telematics and infotainment. In addition, the company will demonstrate a robotic arm control system based on a 32-bit ColdFire MCU, the CAN protocol and an RF interface.
