"Konformität von Lebensmittelverpackungen"

Am 1. und 2. Oktober 2014 informiert das Fraunhofer-Institut für Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung IVV im Rahmen der Freisinger Tage auf dem Seminar "Konformität von Lebensmittelverpackungen" über aktuelle und vorhersehbare Entwicklungen in der Gesetzgebung. Die Veranstaltung findet in Kooperation mit der Industrievereinigung für Lebensmitteltechnologie und Verpackung e.V. (IVLV) im Institutsgebäude in Freising statt. Die auf dem Programm stehenden Themen geben einen Überblick über die gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Hilfestellung zu deren Umsetzung in den Unternehmen.

Brennpunktthemen der Tagung sind die Druckfarbenmigration und der Übergang von Mineralölen aus Verpackungen in Lebensmittel sowie die wieder aufgenommenen Aktivitäten des Normenausschusses für Bedarfsgegenstände aus Kunststoff.
