23. Hamburger Logistik-Kolloquium am 27.02.2014

Motto: Agile Prozesse nachhaltig einführen

Am 27.02.2014 veranstaltet die Forschungsgemeinschaft für Logistik e.V. gemeinsam mit der TU Hamburg-Harburg das 23. Hamburger Logistik-Kolloquium. Unter dem Leitgedanken "Agile Prozesse nachhaltig einführen" berichten Unternehmen und Institute über Konzepte, Systeme und Methoden für eine "agile" Unternehmens- bzw. Betriebsführung. Hierzu zählen z.B. neue Produkt- und Produktionsstrategien, Technologie- und Organisationsflexibilisierung, Informationstransparenz durch RFID in der Supply Chain, dezentrale, intelligente Steuerung in Fertigung und Montage bis hin zu agilen innovativen Automatisierungslösungen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Lösungsansätze zur Gestaltung und Steuerung der "Reaktionsfähigkeit", mit der eine Organisation auf neue Anforderungen bzw. Veränderungen reagieren kann. Aktuelle Praxis- und Forschungsprojekte werden vorgestellt und diskutiert.
