Ford setzt im Nutzfahrzeuggeschäft in Deutschland seinen Aufwärtstrend fort. Trotz eines schwierigen Marktumfeldes konnte das Unternehmen im abgelaufenen Jahr seinen Marktanteil im Nutzfahrzeug-Segment von 7,0 Prozent (2009) auf nun 7,6 Prozent (2010) steigern - dies ist der höchste Marktanteil seit 1998 (9,7 Prozent). Ford hat damit im Inland seine Position als klare Nummer drei gefestigt. Außerdem konnte auch die Nutzfahrzeug-Produktion für den deutschen Markt um 10.243 Einheiten auf nun 33.928 Fahrzeuge erheblich ausgeweitet werden (plus 43 Prozent gegenüber 2009).

Insgesamt setzte Ford im vergangenen Jahr im Inland 32.918 Nutzfahrzeuge ab (Transit / Ranger / Connect), das sind 3.279 Einheiten mehr htx 5097.
