With Notes, a note taker with experience in market research types detailed notes into the live video stream. The notes are delivered immediately at the end of the session and synchronized with the video to speed up the review and analysis process. Notes are not verbatim, but rather detailed notes of your research. The cost for Notes is $130 per hour of research. Notes can also be added after the research and will be available within 48 hours in the archive of the project.
