Daniel Fisher zählt zu den gefragtesten Sound-Designern und kann auf mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Programmieren von Sounds zurückblicken. Nachdem er seinen Abschluss am Berklee College of Music gemacht hatte, arbeitete er als Soundware-Engineer in der Entwicklungsabteilung von Kurzweil. Danach zog es ihn als Chief-Soundware-Engineer zu einem großen Musikalienhändler, wo er zahlreiche Sounds für unterschiedlichste Kult-Synthesizer-Marken entwickelte. Als Dozent lehrte er am Berklee College of Music und hat aktuell Lehraufträge an der University of Saint Francis und der Indiana Purdue University in Fort Wayne.
