Der maximale On-Widerstand beträgt 0,53 Ohm und der typische On-Widerstand sogar nur 0,50 Ohm, gemessen bei 5,25 Ampere. Der KHB011N40P1 ist ein N-Kanal Enhancement MOSFET mit 10,5 A und 400 Volt Spannungsfestigkeit in Planar-Stripe Technologie. Der KEC Leistungs-MOSFET verträgt eine Single Pulse Avalanche Energie von 360 mJ.

Dank einer niedrigen Gate-Kapazität von nur 1472 pF ist er für schnelle Schaltanwendungen sowie induktives Schalten gut geeignet. Die maximale Sperrschicht-Temperatur beträgt 150°C.
