Erste LED mit einem serienmäßigem Lichtausstoß von mindestens 700lm

Edison-Opto bietet mit ihrer serienmäßig verfügbaren 20-W-LED EPBW-4E00 (weiß) standardmäßig einen Lichtoutput von 700lm. Die Lichtabstrahlung erfolgt aus einer Fläche von 9,9x9,9mm bei einem Winkel von 120°. Diese hohe Lichtausbeute wurde durch die Entwicklung eines eigenen Phosphors möglich. Ihr hervorragender thermischer Widerstand von 0,5°/W stellt weltweit bisherige Werte weit in den Schatten und vereinfacht damit das Thermomanagement dieser LED enorm.

Ermöglicht wurde dies durch die Entwicklung eines neuen Keramikwerkstoffes.
Die volle Reflow-Lötfähigkeit dieser LED ermöglicht eine uneingeschränkte automatische Produktion. Die LED ist auch in warmweiß erhältlich und erzeugt hier einen Lichtstrom von mindestens 450lm. Ein Gleichstrom von 1,12A bei einer Hysqaktcxgata dzi 66,8N dcw duuov zbsbidjqq.
