Diese neue Generation druckluftbetriebener Luftmesser (Luftklinge / Luftvorhang) bietet eine erhebliche Reduzierung des Druckluftverbrauchs und Schallleistungspegels im Vergleich zu traditionellen Abblasmethoden. Aus normaler Druckluft wird ein gleichmäßiger, laminarer Luftstrom über die gesamte Länge des Luftmessers gewonnen. Dies ergibt einen Luftvorhang mit sehr hoher Geschwindigkeit, der sich für die Reinigung, Trocknung oder Kühlung einer Vielzahl von Gegenständen eignet. Druckluft strömt durch den Einlass (1) in die Kammer und verteilt sich gleichmäßig über einen präzisen Spalt (2). Der primäre – schmale – Luftstrom verlässt den kalibrierten Spalt, und mitgesaugte Umgebungsluft (3) verstärkt ihn zu einem sekundären Luftstrom. Der Verstärkungsfaktor beträgt mindestens 40:1!
