Saving of energy thanks to electric plasticizing
Ferromatik Milacron presents a hybrid injection molding machine with exceptionally high speed at Plastpol
Electric plasticizing relieves the hydraulic pump, which results in an energy saving of 15 percent. "The parallel movements of the accumulator-driven machine combined with electric plasticizing allows extremely short cycle times to be attained", says Dr. Jörg Dassow, Marketing Director. Optimization of machine base and mounting pads also enables the fast machine to run extremely quietly.
The K-TEC 155 is equipped with a 2-cavity van den Brink mold from The Netherlands and a hot runner needle shut-off system from the Belgian affiliated company DME. Special cooling at the point of injection shortens cooling time, which contributes to the fast cycle time of 2.5 seconds. The finished parts reach a conveyor belt via a discharge chute and are transported below the injection unit to a stacker unit where they are stacked - these peripheral systems are also supplied by van den Brink.
Aside from our Polish agency Roplast also Colortronic will be present as partner on Ferromatik Milacron booth B2, Colortronic also making available the machine's material conveyor. The sister company DME occupies booth B1 directly opposite.

Weiterlesen
