The highlight of the SLR was definitely its special series "722 Edition", which reminds one of the victory of the British car racing legend Stirling Moss and his co-pilot Dennis Jenkinson at the long-distance-classic Mille Miglia. The race number of the 300 SLR at the time was 722, which was issued in accordance with the starting time of 07:22 hrs.
