At the heart of the release is a re-designed interface that provides greater flexibility for employees looking to create custom reports. Each report is built by indicating a specific channel, metric and visualization; these options apply to popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, and Youtube. Once a report is created it can be saved as a "Quick Report", or exported as a PDF, for reuse by other departments.
According to a Forrester study on customer analytics, the key differentiator for accelerating company-wide analytics competencies relies on a quick, efficient implementation; this includes educating employees about how this data can be used outside of traditional use cases.
