Falcon Social Announces Customizable Social Analytics

New reporting features enable teams to focus on KPIs and maximize their return on investment

Falcon Social, leader in social media management, today announced an Analytics upgrade to provide enterprise teams with customizable reporting options to visualize social data and demonstrate granular-level return on investment. At the heart of the release is a re-designed interface that provides greater flexibility for employees looking to create custom reports. Each report is built by indicating a specific channel, metric and visualization; these options apply to popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, and Youtube. Once a report is created it can be saved as a "Quick Report", or exported as a PDF, for reuse by other departments.

According to a Forrester study on customer analytics, the key differentiator for accelerating company-wide analytics competencies relies on a quick, efficient implementation; this includes educating employees about how this data can be used outside of traditional use cases.
