An der Fakultät Betriebswirtschaft der Hochschule in Weiden wird ab dem Sommersemester 2008 (Beginn: 17. März 2008) in Kooperation mit der Hochschule Aschaffenburg der neue Masterstudiengang "Business Administration and Law" in den Aspekten "Steuerrecht/Wirtschaftsprüfung" und "Finance" angeboten. Der Studiengang bietet damit ein marktgerechtes Programm mit Aktualität und hohem Anspruch im Bereich Finance und Wirtschaftsprüfung. Ziel ist die Ausbildung von hoch qualifizierten Fach- und Führungskräften für Unternehmen aller Branchen, insbesondere für Banken und andere Finanzinstitutionen, sowie für Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Beratungsunternehmen.

Das Vollzeitstudium umfasst drei Semester mit den Modulgruppen Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre sowie Zivilrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht und Internationales Recht.
