EEX-Gashandel: Rekordvolumina im Juli

Volumina vom Juni verdoppelt - bereits über 50 Teilnehmer zum Gashandel an der Börse zugelassen

Der Gashandel an der European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) hat im Monat Juli eine neue Rekordmarke erreicht. Das Handelsvolumen am Spot- und Terminmarkt (Marktgebiete BEB und E.ON GT) verdoppelte sich auf 3.954.989 MWh im Vergleich zum Vormonat (1.734.760 MWh) und erreichte somit eine neue Höchstmarke. Das höchste Tagesvolumen am Spotmarkt betrug 7.680 MWh (15.07.2008), das höchste Tagesvolumen am Terminmarkt betrug 723.150 MWh (22.07.2008).

Inzwischen sind 52 Teilnehmer für den Handel am Gasmarkt der EEX zugelassen, weitere Unternehmen befinden sich im Zulassungsprozess.
