Zum fünften Mal kürte Focus Money im Juli „Kundenlieblinge“ aus insgesamt 146 Branchen. Im Zeitraum von Juni 2017 bis Mai 2018 wurden durch eine Web-Analyse von 53 Millionen Kundenstimmen online die Nennung von mehr als 3.000 Marken untersucht und ausgewertet. Basis der Analyse waren vor allem Online-Nachrichten und Social-Media-Quellen bezogen auf die Themen Preis, Service, Qualität und Ansehen. In der Kategorie „Elektronikmärkte“ setzte sich die EURONICS Deutschland eG mit dem Höchstwert von 100 Punkten deutlich gegen Media Markt (93,8 Punkte), Conrad (92,3 Punkte), MediMax (85,2 Punkte) und Expert (83,2 Punkte) durch.
