Exar (Vertrieb: Eurocomp) führt mit XRP9710/11 seine ersten programmierbaren Powermodule in den Markt ein. Das XRP9710 programmierbare Powemodul ist eine einfach einzusetzende Plug and Play-Lösung, die auch von weniger erfahrenen Leistungselektronik-Entwicklern eingesetzt werden kann. Der XRP9711 dagegen mit seinen zwei zusätzlichen Leistungsstufen bietet mehr Flexibilität und Kapazität. Beide werden vom Entwicklungs- und Konfigurations Tool Power ArchitectTM 5.1 unterstützt.

XRP9710 und XRP9711 sind synchrone Step-down, programmierbare Powermodule mit Mehrfachausgang. Sie bieten für Eingangsspannungen von 5 V bis 22 V die industrieweit höchste Leistungsdichte und geringste Bauhöhe von 2,75 mm. Beide liefern 6 A, wobei der XRP9711zusätzlich zwei externe Leistungsstufen ansteuern nkje.
