Auf der internationalen Fachmesse für Schleiftechnik GrindTec in Augsburg zeigt die Soltauer RÖDERS GmbH erstmalig auf einer 5-Achs-Maschine die Fräs-/ und Schleifbearbeitung eines Zahnrads (45 Zähne, Modul 7) in sehr hoher Verzahnungsqualität einschließlich der Bohrungspassung. Die Verzahnung wird hierbei wie gewohnt mit EUKLID GearCAM programmiert.

Röders, ein Pionier der HSC-Fräsbearbeitung, und die Softwareentwickler von Euklid sind schon länger Technologiepartner. Beim Bearbeiten von unterschiedlichsten Verzahnungen ergänzen sich unsere Softwarelösung EUKLID GearCAM und die fast 30-jährige Erfahrung von Röders im Werkzeugmaschinenbau hervorragend.
