Essilor s'est vu décerner le Grand Prix, à l'occasion de la 13e édition du Grand Prix FAS1. Cette nouvelle distinction récompense sa démarche en faveur de l'actionnariat salarié dans l’ensemble du Groupe. Elle fait suite au lancement d’un Plan international d’actionnariat salarié qui a vu la part d’actionnaires salariés franchir la barre des 50 % du total des salariés, dépassant l'objectif de 35 % initialement fixé par l’entreprise pour 2020.
