Esmertec invites shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting

EsmertecTM (SWX: ESMN), a leading provider of software platforms, applications and services to communications device manufacturers and mobile telecom operators, today invited all registered shareholders to its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (EGM) to be held on December 15 2008, 3:00 p.m. CET.
