EnviTec Biogas listed in Entry Standard segment as of tomorrow

Lohne, (PresseBox) - As of tomorrow, 29 August 2013, shares in EnviTec Biogas AG (ISIN: DE000A0MVLS8) will be listed in the Entry Standard segment which forms part of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's open market. The shares have been relisted from the Prime Standard to the Entry Standard segment as part of the company's ongoing cost-cutting programme. The Entry Standard, too, is a high-quality market offering a high level of transparency. Moreover, Close Brother Seydler Bank AG will continue to act as a Designated Sponsor to provide liquidity support, thereby ensuring a liquid market in the shares going forward.

EnviTec Biogas AG

EnviTec Biogas AG covers the entire value chain for the production of biogas: including the planning and turnkey construction of biogas plants as well as their commissioning. The company takes charge of biological and technical services on demand and also offers full plant and operational management. In addition, EnviTec also operates its own biogas plants. In 2011 EnviTec Biogas established EnviTec Energy GmbH & Co. KG and its 100% subsidiary EnviTec Stromkontor GmbH & Co.
