ENTSO-E announced in a letter today to ACER the intention to amend and resubmit the Network Code on Forward Capacity Allocation (NC FCA) in light of the Agency's opinion.
In its reasoned opinion published on the 20 December 2013, the Agency, while recognising ENTSO-E's efforts to align the FCA code to the Framework Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM), outlined five issues where it considered that adjustments are required.
