EnerSys und WPD übernehmen PSM GmbH

Führendes Unternehmen in der Betriebsführung von Windenergieanlagen

Die WPD Management GmbH & Co. KG (Bremen) und die EnerSys GmbH (Bietigheim-Bissingen) haben gemeinsam die Geschäftsanteile der PSM Nature Power Service & Management GmbH, Erkelenz, übernommen. Die Transaktion erfolgte im Rahmen des Insolvenzverfahrens des bisherigen Gesellschafters Umweltkontor AG. WPD und EnerSys halten künftig jeweils 50 % der Geschäftsanteile. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

PSM ist in den Bereichen technische und kaufmännische Betriebsführung sowie Wartung und Instandsetzung für Windenergieanlagen eines der führenden Unternehmen in Deutschland. Zurzeit betreut PSM mit 40 Mitarbeitern rund 320 Windenergieanlagen aus 70 Fondsgesellschaften mit etwa 5.000 Kommanditisten.
