Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG erwirbt von der Thüga AG Anteile an der Erdgas Südwest GmbH (ESW), der Energie Sachsen Ost GmbH (ENSO) und an der Gasversorgung Sachsen Ost Wärmeservice GmbH Co. KG (GSWK).

Mit dem Anteilserwerb erhöht sich der von EnBW mittelbar gehaltene Anteil an der ESW um 28 Prozent auf 79 Prozent, an der ENSO um 14,5 Prozent auf 64,8 Prozent und an der GSWK um 76,5 Prozent auf 100 Prozent. Anteile an der ESW werden von der EnBW Gas GmbH und die Anteile an der ENSO sowie der GSWK von der EnBW -Tochter GESO gehalten.
