emmtrix Technologies GmbH and Scilab collaborate on multicore embedded systems

(PresseBox) ( Karlsruhe, )
emmtrix Technologies, the tool provider for automatic code generation for embedded singlecore, multicore and FPGA systems partnered with Scliab Enterprises, the developer of the numerical computing environment Scilab, which is the leading open source alternative to MATLAB®.

Within the scope of this collaboration, the new emmtrix Code Generator (eCG) for Scilab is introduced at the Embedded World 2017 as first joint step.

The new eCG enables automatic C code generation from Scilab scripts and Xcos models, and supports PC X86 and major embedded processor architectures like ARM Cortex-A (e.g. Raspberry Pi), Xilinx Zynq and Infineon Aurix Tricore.

Multiple applications (e.g. image processing, deep learning, flight control systems), which include Scilab scripts and the resulting generated C code running on a multicore or FPGA architecture, will be demonstrated at Embedded World 2017.

Visit: Hall 4A, Booth 520d at the Embedded World 2017 in Nuremberg (Germany) on March 14-16, 2017
