Um das Temperaturverhalten von ICs im Labor zu charakterisieren bietet EMC ab sofort ein portables Thermal Force System an. Die Lösung besteht aus einem Kontroller und einen thermischen Kopf, der direkt mit dem Prüfling verbunden wird. Das System hat eine Kühlleistung von bis 70 Watt bei -40°C. Die Probe kann von - 40°C gekühlt bis + 200°C geheizt werden. Ein PT100 Sensor bestimmt dabei die Devicetemperatur mit einer Genauigkeit von ± 0,5°C. Bei Übergangsraten von 50°C / Minute kann der Temperaturbereich in weniger als 5 Minuten durchgefahren werden. Da das Equipment ohne Kühlmittel auskommt, ist es ideal für einen nicht fkihfnsker Cdyzgec ty Nukiv.
