EKF entwickelt weiterhin Lösungen für klassische CompactPCI® Systeme. Der CN8-REVERB ist eine Peripheriekarte mit gleich fünf unabhängigen Gigabit Ethernet Controllern. Die Intel® I210-IT NICs verfügen über aktuellste Netzwerktechnologie und unterstützen die meist gebräuchlichen Datenraten 1000BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 10BASE-T.

Der CN8-REVERB kombiniert eine PCI® zu PCI Express® Reverse Bridge mit einem PCIe® P a c k e t S w i t c h f ü r o p t i m a l e Bandbreitennutzung der CompactPCI® Backplane. Das Board eignet sich für zahlreiche industrielle Anwendungen und kann auch in PXI™ Systemen verwendet werden. Treiber gibt es für nahezu alle Betriebssysteme.
