ECT adds major alternative operator to its growing French customer base

A leading French alternative network operator has signed a contract with the European Computer Telecoms Group (ECT) to implement an INtellECT® Next-Generation Intelligent Network (NG-IN) for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO).

In order to supplement their all-in-one packages with mobile communications, the French alternvative operator is using the redundant INtellECT® Next-Generation Intelligent Network (NG-IN) to offer mobile customers value-added services including prepaid and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services. They will also realize routing and self-care voice services over SIP. All mobile services will run within the network of a leading French mobile operator and be launched in early 2008.
