Die europäische Bankenwelt befindet sich in einer Phase tief greifender Restrukturierung. Viele Institute fokussieren sich auf ihre Kernkompetenzen und stellen ihre Geschäftsprozesse auf den Prüfstand. Sie entscheiden, welche Tätigkeiten Banken künftig selber ausführen und welche an externe Anbieter vergeben werden. Die Frühjahrstagung des E-Finance Lab führt neue Erkenntnisse aus wissenschaftlicher Theorie und Finanzpraxis zusammen. Ziel ist der Entwurf und die Bewertung möglicher Sourcing-Strategien und die Zukunftsszenarien für eine Neuordnung der Bankenlandschaft.
