Kodex Deutschland für Telekommunikation und Medien nimmt Regelungen zu kostenfreien Warteschleifen und Inkasso auf

Umfangreiche Kodex-Erweiterungen gelten seit 2. April 2013 / Kodex setzt Standards im Bereich Inkasso

Die Inkasso-Branche wird zwar häufig kritisiert, jedoch ist funktionierendes Inkasso für die deutsche Wirtschaft lebenswichtig. Der zum 2. April 2013 aktualisierte Kodex Deutschland für Telekommunikation und Medien definiert Standards bei der Auswahl von und Zusammenarbeit mit Inkassounternehmen. Er schreibt vor, nur behördlich registrierte Inkasso-Unternehmen auszuwählen. Seriöse Unternehmen haben transparente und umfassende Informationen an ihr Inkasso-Unternehmen weiterzuleiten, damit dieses dem Schuldner gegenüber die erhobene Forderung transparent erläutern kann.

Um die Umsetzung der neuen TKG-Vorgaben zur kostenfreien Warteschleife zu vereinfachen, wurden entsprechende Übersichten und Vorgaben in den Kodex aufgenommen.
