Series EG single point load cells with built-in analog and digital electronics

Milano, (PresseBox) - Manufacturers of weighing system often need to measure weights applied on platforms and hoppers not well aligned along the load cells measuring axis, with a good resolution even when there are electrical/mechanical noises and with a simple cabling in complex machines for reducing assembling costs.
DS Europe to satisfy the above mentioned needs, is proposing series EG strain gauge load cells with optional built-in analog or digital electronics and that can be fixed below platforms up to 400x400mm overall dimensions.

Series EG has a good ± 0,03%FS accuracy with 0 to 3 – 6 – 12 – 25Kg FS measuring ranges.
Analog outputs: 2mV/V tip., ±5V, ±10V and 4-20mA (2 wires).
Digital outputs: CAN Open with DS406 profile, RS485 and RS244 (DSEnet and Modbus protocols).

Optional analog and digital electronics being inside the load cell is electrically shielded, it avoids expensive external electronic junction boxes, it is precalibrated at DS Europe test bench, it allows high resolutions (24bit max. A/D converter) and high sampling rates.

Typical applications: industrial weighing, multi head weighers, packaging machines, linear weigher, medical machines, industrial automation, research etc.
