ABO-Platzierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen / Bezugspreis für neue Aktien liegt bei 27,50 Euro

Der Vorstand der Drägerwerk Verwaltungs AG hat nunmehr wesentliche Konditionen der heute Morgen beschlossenen Barkapitalerhöhung festgelegt. Der Bezugspreis für die 3.810.000 neuen Stammaktien liegt bei 27,50 Euro je Aktie. Darüber hinaus wurden 1.039.200 von der Dr. Heinrich Dräger GmbH gehaltene Stammaktien ohne Bezugsrecht zu einem Preis von 41,00 Euro je Aktie an institutionelle Investoren in einem sog. Accelerated Bookbuilt Offering, kurz: ABO-Platzierung, verkauft. Der Bezugspreis für neue Aktien liegt damit um 33 Prozent unter dem ABO-Preis. Die Bezugsfrist für die neuen Aktien, die morgen beginnen wird, wird bis einschließlich zum 30. Juni 2010 laufen.
