Hönle schließt Lizenzvertrag über 3 Mio. EUR ab

Die Dr. Hönle AG hat mit einer spanischen Gesellschaft einen Lizenzvertrag über die ausschließliche Nutzung von Markenrechten für ein spezielles Kundensegment geschlossen. Der Vertrag läuft über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren und enthält eine anschließende Kaufoption für den Lizenznehmer. Das Gesamtvolumen der Lizenzeinnahmen zzgl. eines bei Optionsausübung zu zahlenden Erwerbspreises für die Markenrechte (von wenigstens 400.000 Euro) beträgt mindestens 3 Mio. EUR. Die Dr. Hönle AG erzielt damit erstmalig im dritten Quartal des laufenden Geschäftsjahres Lizenzeinnahmen in Höhe von 810 TEUR. Ferner wurde der betroffene Geschäftsteil eines Tochterunternehmens an den spanischen Lizenznehmer verkauft.
