During the first and second quarter, Dallas-based Distribion, a principal provider of web-based multichannel marketing automation tools, increased the client roster for its best-selling multi-channel marketing automation platform by more than 25%.

A long-time leader in insurance, financial services, hospitality, and health care, the company's new clients came from those industry segments plus entertainment, information services, franchise, education, and pharmaceuticals.

The double-digit growth has added tens of thousands of users to the Distribion Distributed Marketing Platform (DMP) every month this year, the company has added staff and infrastructure to stay ahead of the growth, with 20% more employees at the end of the second quarter.

Edgar Rodriguez, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is very clear on the reasons behind the large-scale adoptions. "It all boils down to the value proposition," Rodriguez says.

"We've done the research with our current clients, and can show the real dollar and time savings available to a company that streamlines its marketing with the right kind of automation," Rodriguez said. "We have the metrics that will allow us to show prospective customers what they can expect in terms of efficiency gains and increased sales. And that makes the business case for using the web-based SaaS Distribion DMP clear and urgent for our new customers."
