To be designated as a Gold Partner, NextiraOne's in-depth professional performance was tested in terms of Advanced Specialisations in the fields of Wireless LAN, Routing and Switching, Unified Communications and Security. Additionally, NextiraOne, with its certified experts, was found to comply with Cisco's strict criteria for customer service. Of particular and determining importance was the outstanding customer service provided round-the-clock, seven days a week (24/7), as well as the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
NextiraOne's NOC (Network Operating Centre) Services were decisive in helping it achieve Managed Services Master (MSCP) certification. The company operates two identical NOCs near Berlin and Paris, through which it offers customers round-the-clock technical support. This is augmented by comprehensive ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) knowledge of the NextiraOne experts, as well as proven project certifications.
