Auf der Technologischen Fachkonferenz des AKL 2010 International Laser Technology Congress in Aachen wird Dr. Jens Biesenbach, Chief Technology Officer der DILAS Diodenlaser GmbH, am Donnerstag, den 06. Mai, einen Vortrag zum Thema "Diodenlaser von 410nm bis 2200nm und ihre Anwendungsgebiete" halten.

Dr. Biesenbach wird dabei insbesondere auf den Fortschritt der Halbleiterlasertechnologie eingehen. Verbesserungen im Prozess der Epitaxie und neue Materialverbindungen erschließen neue Wellenlängenbereiche. Diese Erweiterung macht den Einsatz von Hochleistungsdiodenlasermodulen in dem Bereich von 410nm (blau) bis hin zu 2200nm (IR) möglich. Hohe Ausgangsleistungen führen zu neuen Anwendungen im additivfreien Kunststoffschweißen, in der Photodynamischen Therapie (PDT) und beim Hzucp-Ueokqsw.
