Jetzt können Sie Ihre bestehenden seriellen Geräte wie SPS, Steuerungen, Datalogger usw. ganz einfach ethernetfähig machen. Die neue DigiOne IA-Produktfamilie ermöglicht die Wahl zwischen einer RS232-, RS422- oder einer RS485-Schnittstelle und enthält einen 10/100Base-T Netzwerk-Port. Unterstützt werden Modbus/TCP, Allen-Bradley-Ethernet, PPP und anderen Standardprotokolle. Der DigiOne IA ist über einen Webbrowser konfigurierbar und mit seiner robusten Bauform und der Hutschienenmontage speziell für Industrieumgebungen geeignet.

Für die DigiOne IA gibt es eine Vielzahl von Einsatzmöglichkeiten, wie z.B.:

- Feste Verbindung über das Ethernet
- "Wähl"-Verbindung über das Ethernet
- LAN-Modem
- Virtueller COM-Port
- Multipoint-Anwendungen
