Dialog Semiconductor and Richtek Technology Corporation form partnership for China smartphone and tablet market

Partnership focuses on development and commercialisation of cost-effective, innovative Power Management IC (PMIC) solutions for the China market

Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB: DLG), a provider of highly integrated power management, audio, AC/DC, solid state lighting and short-range wireless technologies, today announced its partnership with Richtek Technology Corporation, (TSE: 6286) a provider of high-performance power management, analog and mixed-signal products. With this collaboration, the two companies will develop and commercialise differentiated power management system solutions for the high-volume, high-growth consumer market in China, including ICs for smartphones and tablets.
