Der Deutsche Raiffeisenverband (DRV) und die ihm angeschlossenen Winzergenossenschaften begrüßen ausdrücklich das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts Koblenz, das die Klage eines Moselwinzers gegen die Erhebung der Abgaben für den Deutschen Weinfonds (DWF) abgewiesen hat. Abzuwarten ist noch die Begründung des Gerichts, das eine Berufung zugelassen hat.
